// Software studio
We build software products
not slide decks.
Firebell House is an independent studio that builds digital tools with intent. If it's interesting and commercially viable, we build it. If it isn't, we don't.
Small studio energy.
Big ideas.
Zero bureaucracy.
// Approach
The studio experiments constantly. Some ideas become products, some become prototypes, some get scrapped immediately, and some quietly evolve in the background. Exploration is the operating system.
Build things that matter.
Not everything needs to change the world, but it should at least earn the right to exist.
Stay small on purpose.
Small means fast, honest, and free from layers that kill ideas before they breathe.
Make it real.
Ideas are cheap. Shipping is the whole game.
Be curious, not cautious.
Try things. Break things. Learn quickly. Move on.
Complexity is fine. Confusion isn't.
The work might be intricate, but the process shouldn't be.
Collaboration is action, not meetings.
Work together to build. Skip the alignment theatre.
Ignore the noise.
Trends, buzzwords, decks, theatre. None of it builds software.
Keep a point of view.
Software with personality is better than software designed by committee.
Commercial is not a dirty word.
A good idea is one that someone will pay for. Sustainability is part of the craft.
Have fun with it.
If the work isn't interesting, it doesn't get made.
